Are you a nonprofit or community-based organisation working on your annual report, strategic plan, or stakeholder report?
As part of our experience-building programme, we are inviting a limited number of NGOs and NPOs to collaborate with us. We will provide professional graphic design, editing, proofreading, and layout services at no cost for select community organisations in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape.

Buka Publications is a proudly black-owned and women-led South African publishing company with a strong focus on government, corporate and development sector communications. We specialise in the design, editing, printing and production of high-quality publications — from annual reports to newsletters and brochures. As we expand our footprint and respond to tenders, we are looking to build a network of reliable, skilled collaborators who share our commitment to professional excellence and transformation.
We invite freelancers, independent professionals and small service providers to register their interest in collaborating with us.
We are currently seeking:
✅ Graphic Designers & DTP Operators
Experienced in layout, typesetting, and design for print and digital formats, especially for corporate and annual reports.
✅ Printing Service Providers
Small to medium-sized printers who can produce high-quality publications to government and corporate specs, with quick turnaround times and attention to detail.
✅ Project Managers (Freelance)
Organised, deadline-driven professionals to help coordinate design, editorial, and print production workflows across short-term projects.
✅ Tender Writers & Administrators
Experienced professionals who can assist with compiling compliant, persuasive and complete tender responses, ideally with knowledge of government and corporate procurement in South Africa.
